Zimaplay ("we" or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on zimaplay.comand related store Services (the "Site"). This Cookies & Similar Technologies Policy ("CST Policy") supplements our Privacy Policy and explains how we use these technologies for shoppers and account holders.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small files placed on your device that enable features and remember information about your visit. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and scripts that store or read identifiers on your device.
Cookies may be first-party (set by Zimaplay) or third-party (set by another domain). They may be session-based (expire when you close the browser) or persistent (remain until they expire or you delete them).
You can control many cookies through your browser settings. If you disable essential storage, parts of the Site (including login) may not work.
2. What we use
2.1 Essential / strictly necessary
Required to operate the Site, keep you signed in, protect sessions, and remember security-critical choices. These are always active when you use account features.

2.3 Performance / analytics
We may use analytics tools (for example, privacy-conscious or industry-standard analytics such as Google Analytics, if enabled) to understand traffic, popular pages, and technical performance. These cookies help us improve the Site. Where required by law, we will seek consent before setting non-essential analytics cookies.
If Google Analytics is enabled, Google may process usage data (which can include IP-derived location) under Google's terms. You can learn more in Google's documentation and, where available, install Google's opt-out browser add-on.
2.4 Payment and third-party pages
When you are redirected to a payment provider to complete a deposit, that provider may set its own cookies under its privacy and cookie policies. Those cookies are controlled by the provider, not by Zimaplay.
3. How to manage cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, allow cookies only for specific sites, or receive a prompt before a cookie is stored. Guidance for common browsers is available from the browser vendor (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Opera) and from resources such as allaboutcookies.org.
Clearing site data will sign you out of Zimaplay and reset local preferences such as theme and currency until you set them again.
You cannot disable essential authentication storage and still use signed-in features.
4. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. Because browsers implement DNT inconsistently, we do not currently change behavior in response to DNT signals. See our Privacy Policy for other privacy choices.

We may revise this CST Policy from time to time. Check the dates at the top of this page for the latest version. Material changes may also be highlighted on the Site or by notice where appropriate.
